Replacement Policy

At CLASPO, we aim to deliver high-quality, smart, no-drill home organization solutions. If there is an issue with your order, please review our replacement policy below.

Eligibility for Replacement

    A replacement is eligible under the following conditions:

    • The product is damaged, defective, or broken at the time of delivery
    • You received a wrong or missing item
    • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
    • The product is unused and in original packaging (where applicable)

Items Not Eligible for Replacement

    Replacement will not be provided if:

    • Damage is caused due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
    • The product shows signs of wear and tear
    • The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
    • The product has been used, washed, or altered

How to Request a Replacement

    To request a replacement:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Share your order ID
    • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
    • Send details via email or WhatsApp (as mentioned below)

    📌 Important: Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us as soon as possible with proper proof so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Replaceable Items

    The following items are not eligible for replacement unless received damaged or defective:

    • Used items (all categories)
    • Clearance or discounted items (if mentioned)

Shipping for Replacements

  • If the replacement is approved due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will bear the shipping cost
  • In other cases, shipping charges may apply

Processing Time for Replacements

  • Replacement approval: 1–2 business days
  • Dispatch after approval: 2–4 business days
  • Delivery time may vary based on location
